The first part involves YOU.

We need to affirm who we are, accept & love ourselves for who we are. If we cannot do this, we cannot proceed to the second part.

Only then can we start talking about OTHERS.

All nature of effective change goes through this process, be it with ourselves of from ourselves upon others. Change must start from the individual inside the box, slowly reaching out beyond the box to expand horizons.
